General Terms and Conditions
Here you can find the most important information about using the online shop, www.uni-sapon.com. Please read our Terms and Conditions carefully, they govern the contractual relationship between you and the company Uni Sapon.
General
The „General Terms and Conditions“ contained herein are valid for all orders between Uni Sapon and its customers. The customer declares his/her acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions with the order. The prices quoted in the online shop replace all previous offers. Other terms are only valid when ordering if they have been explicitly agreed with us in writing.
Prices and conditions of payment
All oft he prices qouted in our online-shop include the legally applicable sales tax / Value Added Tax. Subject to errors and price changes. First time orders are only carried out on the basis of cash on delivery. Invoices, unless otherwise agreed, are payable upon 10 days of receipt. The customer pays any applicable cash on delivery charges. Reminder and debt collection fees are to be born by the customer. The goods remain the property of Uni Sapon until complete payment has been made.
Delivery
Opened containers can no longer be objected to. In the interests of the customer, part deliveries can be carried out when speedy processing can be guaranteed. The customer can cancel the contract due tot he delivery date not been complied with only when she/he has given a written period of grace of at least four weeks. Acts of nature free us from the consequences of contractual fulfillment for the duration of such events.
Shipping
The customers always bears the costs of shipping and ist associated risks.
Austria: Post and packaging costs Euro 4.50 up to 3 kg; Euro 5.70 up to 5 kg; Euro 6.60 up to 10 kg.-. Packets over 10 kg are charged at a flat rate of Euro 12,-. Invoices of over Euro 150.00 are delivered free of charge.
European Union: Post and packaging costs Euro 6.60 up to 3 kg; Euro 8.70 up to 5 kg; Euro 12.00 up to 10 kg. Packets over 10 kg are charged at a flat rate of Euro 12,-. Invoices of over Euro 300.00 are delivered free of charge.
Principality of Liechtenstein: Post and packaging costs CHF 9.60 up to 3 kg; CHF 13.80 up to 5 kg; CHF 17.70 up to 10 kg. Packets over 10 kg are charged at a flat rate of CHF 22.50. Invoices of over CHF 450.00 are delivered free of charge.
Switzerland: we kindly request that you contact our representative in Berikon, the company Easyclean, www.easyclean.ch.
The postage and packaging cost quoted here above are only applicable to household orders, companies and retailers are kindly requested to contact us personally either by telephone or by e-mail, in order to agree individual conditions of shipping and delivery.
We kindly ask you to understand that deliveries outside Austria can only be made on a prepayment basis!
Guarantee
Perceivable defects are to be communicated to us without delay upon receiving the goods. In the case of hidden defects, this holds once the damage has been identified. In the case of timely notice of defects, we shall either deliver replacements free of charge or rectify the defect. In the case that the rectification oft he defect or the replacement is unsuccessful, the customer can request a reduction in the payment or withdrawal from the contract. Claims for damages as a result of defects are excluded, in so far as the defects was not caused by us intentionally or as a result of gross negligence.
Right of withdrawal
The terms of the distance selling regulations apply to orders made via the internet (14 - day right of withdrawal for Germany, Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein, 7 - day right of withdrawal for Austria). In the case of withdrawal the purchase price shall be recompensated as soon as the goods have been returned and the goods are in an unused and resellable condition.
Original language
In this case of differences of interpretation of the wording of the General Terms and Conditions between the German original and this English translation, the German original shall take precedence in all cases.
Court of jurisdiction
